Understanding Ministry Traits Course Overview
The purpose of this course is to help missionaries understand themselves, the way that they and others process the world around them; and how to engage in a cross-cultural context. As missionaries make their way into cross-cultural contexts they will need to be aware of how they come across to others and their team members. Many trials and struggles can be avoided if we are aware of ourselves and how we impact those around us. This course is divided into three different segments, each with very distinct learning objectives: (1) understanding traits, (2) understanding learning styles, and (3) engaging cross-culturally.
