Upgrade your Honda CBR600 F4 or F4i with this solid manual cam chain tensioner!
Made from high-grade aluminum 6061-T6 and hard anodized for durability, it’s designed to replace the stock auto tensioner for better reliability and a slight horsepower bump.
The hex head adjustment screw makes it easy to fine-tune with a 14mm wrench.
Includes an internal O-ring and gasket to prevent oil leaks—just be sure to block off the oil passage during install.
Fits 1999–2006 CBR600 F4/F4i models.
Uses your original bolts (none included).
We recommend professional installation if you’re not comfortable working on engine components.
Comes in a cool blue finish.
