A Mission Mobilizer for To Every Tribe (TET) is a frontline advocate for the Great Commission, serving as a relational bridge between churches, prospective missionaries, and the mission field. This role exists to identify, engage, and walk alongside individuals whom God is calling to take the gospel to the ends of the earth. Through relational discipleship, strategic networking, and church engagement, the Mobilization Coordinator helps grow a movement of trained, equipped, and sent missionaries committed to making Christ known among the unreached.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruit and Disciple Prospective Missionaries
- Build authentic, gospel-centered relationships with potential missionary candidates through campus outreach, conferences, churches, and online platforms.
- Provide biblical guidance and spiritual discernment to help individuals understand their call to cross-cultural mission.
- Walk candidates through TET’s application, assessment, and onboarding process.
- Serve as a mentor and encourager as candidates navigate the transition into full time missionary training.
2. Cultivate and Strengthen Church Partnerships
- Facilitate relationships with like-minded evangelical churches to develop sending partnerships aligned with TET’s mission and theological distinctives.
- Equip church leaders with resources, training, and communication tools to foster a culture of missionary sending.
- Serve as a liaison between churches and the missionaries they send through TET.
3. Represent To Every Tribe Nationally
- Attend and represent TET at missions conferences, church events, Christian colleges, and denominational gatherings.
- Host and coordinate regional information sessions, webinars, and missions interest events.
- Assist in coordinating short-term vision trips and field exposure experiences.
4. Collaborate Across Departments
- Work closely with the Training Department to ensure smooth handoff of recruits into TET’s missionary training process.
- Coordinate with the Sending Department to align placements with strategic field needs.
- Track mobilization efforts and candidate progress using TET’s internal systems and databases.
Qualifications
- Mature and growing follower of Jesus Christ with strong biblical grounding and alignment with To Every Tribe’s statement of faith and core values.
- Demonstrated passion for missions, especially to unreached and unengaged peoples.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in ministry, mobilization, cross-cultural work, or church leadership (preferred).
- Excellent relational, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a shepherd’s heart toward recruits.
- Willingness to travel regularly (20-30%) and represent TET in various contexts.
- Bachelor’s degree in missions, theology, intercultural studies, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous missionary experience or experience with TET’s training pipeline is a significant plus.

- Understands and supports the holistic missionary development process: assessment, training, sending, and care.
