Journey to the Field
Every journey to the field has its own unique story as God orchestrates it all. But generally speaking in broad categories this is what the typical journey to serving on the mission field with To Every Tribe looks like.
1. Explore
This is the phase where most are doing their research learning who we are, what we do, and where we serve, along with specific opportunities that are currently available.
2. Connect
The next thing we like to do is connect over a video call to learn about your passions and interest and also share a little bit about To Every Tribe and see if there is a specific opportunity that aligns well with what the Lord is laying on your heart.
3. Vision Trip
If you’re serious about one of our field positions we’d love for you to come, meet your potential teammates, and see the needs first hand.
4. Invitation
If we both think the fit is right, we will invite you to join us.
5. Training & Fundraising
Next you will need to start fundraising and training. We have a 5-month training Cohort that you will train in while you raise funds to go to the field. Each field and positions will have specific training requirements, some before your arrival to the field and others that can be completed on the field as a part of your first term.
6. Departure
Finally, you will depart to the mission field and join your team! In the time leading up to this we will work with you on your Visa Applications, Language Learning Plans, and more…
